Boolean false translation can be better in Dutch

created 2 years ago

Hi,
The Dutch translation for No is "Nee" and not "Neen" that is now used in the translation file, see also https://translate.google.com/?sl=en&tl=nl&text=No&op=translate. "Neen" is sometimes used in Belgium, but not correct for the Netherlands. Can you update this in the translation file?

And is there a possibility to change the default Yes/No values for all boolean-question? I know that you can change the value for individual questions with labelTrue / labelFalse. Is it also possible to do this on survey-level for all boolean questions?

Thanks!

Hello,

I've updated our Dutch translations file - https://github.com/surveyjs/survey-library/blob/master/src/localization/dutch.ts

As for your second question - unfortunately right now there is no global default setting for labelTrue / labelFalse properties.

Thanks, Serge

    Hello Robbert,
Nobody speaks Dutch here and we are not experts. Somebody, hopefully a native speaker, translated these strings.
If you are absolutely sure that this is a correct way, then we will change the translation. It is enough to say that you are a native speaker ;-)

    Thank you,
