Embedding Survey to Email

created 3 years ago

Hello,

i would like to ask whether there is a feature that allows converting the currently generated survey objects into ones free of Javascript/unsupported html and CSS that can be embedded for email-templating.

We would like to do this to enhance the response rate of our users. Figured we'd ask first whether a similar feature already exists or whether you guys are planning to implement something of the sort. I think the chances are slim considering the answer on another similar ticket from some time ago, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

If a similar feature exists, then it would save us a great deal of time. But otherwise we'd just have to proceed with this manually by ourselves.

Kind regards and Thanks in advance!

Hello Zihang,
Survey forms use SurveyJS JavaScript libraries.
However, due to security reasons, most email clients prevent the execution of JavaScript code. Therefore, embedding a survey into an email is not possible.

Instead, we recommend creating a web page to host your survey and sharing the link to the survey in your email message. This ensures that your survey is secure and accessible to all recipients. To learn how to integrate a survey to a web page, see Get Started with SurveyJS.
