Hello SurveyJs Team,
I tried to add what is used here: https://surveyjs.io/survey-creator/examples/add-custom-property-editor/angular
The addition was done smoothly,
But there is no reflection inside the creator page or even the runner page if you change the font color or size for all questions,
And it only works in HTML question type.
Kind Regards,
Amro
Hi Amro,
It is difficult to follow by the textual description. Provided that an CKEditor is a custom widget embedded to a SurveyJS Library, there might be different reasons why the issue may happen.
I would appreciate it if you share a problematic sample for research.
You can see the problematic sample here : https://codesandbox.io/s/bug-ckeditor-forked-wz095s
Go to enter through the editor in the first question and add the color you want, and try in the HTML question
Hi Amro,
Thank you for the sample.
It appears to be an Angular-specific issue, unrelated to a custom property grid CKEditor configuration. For some reason, in Angular, HTML is not rendered correctly in question titles/descriptions.
HTML is not rendered propertly in question titles/descriptions
I forwarded the issue to our developers for further research.
Thank you
There are no changes in the new update: 1.9.88 ?
Hi Amro,
The fix will be available with the next maintenance update, v1.9.89. Estimated release date is Tuesday, May 23, 2023.
Once the release is available, please feel free to upgrade and check to see if the issue is resolved.
Thanks
Hello Jane,
I have updated and my note that it is not reflected in the creator page directly.I must go to the preview page in order to see the change.
Also, another note that what is the possibility of adding the editor in relation to the answers (control of options or columns and rows).
Hello Amro,
Thank you for the clarification.
I see this issue. I'll research it and get back to you shortly.
Would you please elaborate on this requirement?
Would you please elaborate on this requirement?
In questions that have options for answers such as (single choice and multiple choice) or even in matrix questions, what is the way to make the Survey builder control the colors of fonts at the level of the answer options
Hello,
I created the following issue and forwarded it to the development team for further research: HTML markup in question titles and descriptions does not apply at design time. Please stay tuned to our updates.
I appreciate your additional clarification. To process your recent inquiry in the most efficient manner, I created a separate ticket on your behalf: T13283: Control Colors and Fonts for Matrix questions. We placed it in our processing queue and will process it shortly.
In addition, I noticed that with the new update, the star * next to the required questions became in black, not in red
Hello Amro,
Our developers have fixed the issue. The update will be available in a day or so.
Regarding the additional issue: would please share a screenshot with the current/expected output?
Thank you
