I couldn't visualize "none text" and "other text" fields for barrating (Star Rating) question. Also your example do not appear:

I could see this properties inside toolbox, i select but do not appear in designer.

We plan to stop supporting Knockout-based libraries and integrations later this year. Therefore we recommend considering an alternative option rather than integrating a jQuery widget.
If you wish to create a single-select element and enable the none and other option, consider a radiogroup question type.
To display stars within items, create a custom item template.

By the way, there is no "noneText" and "otherText" property inside rating question. Am i right?
