Also is there a way for us to get the survey on our own server. Do you have some some sort of enterprise version? The last update you made forced us to change our set up too.

For some reason, I could reproduce the issue with the loca/dev version and the current released version:

We did that set up already but I need to see how it works in the Visible if field, I tried to set it up the same way as the questions but just doesn't work. So please let me know where I can find on how to set it up in Visible if

should it be {panel1} < 5 for example or it should be something else, because I tried this and didn't work

Hello Daniela,
I guess something wrong in your code, unless I am not mistaken. Because my example works.
{panel1} - is it a panel name? I am not sure it can work in this way. Could you create a plunker example with your code or just post here your JSON and JavaScript code?

I have attached the files. We can make it work for a panel to appear if in the "Visible If" section we write every question, but I want it to work with a whole panel.

There were two errors in your onValueChanged error code. Here is the correcred version: https://plnkr.co/edit/jYclv40Lx18S9UznCowB?p=preview

1. surveymodel variable doesn't exist. It is survey
2. you have question4 that you do not calculate, so you should go from 1 to <= 4

We have tried to make some changes but we cannot make it work. We have to do it in the editor and not the survey itself, I have included our developer so she can explain better.

If it is easy enough to implement, I would do it on this week. If it is not easy, I would postpond it for a while.
For you scenario, you will not need to create a {satisfaction} value and write code onValueChanged event.
