2- is good to be with mobile app ?

Please clarify - what do you mean here? You can show SurveyJS surveys in a web browser on mobile devices. SurveyJS Creator is not supposed to work in mobile browsers due to small screen sizes. As for native mobile apps - SurveyJS doesn't have corresponding libraries right now.
