Scroll Bar issue When User Clicks Next Button

created 4 years ago

Hi Team,

We are using Survey JS Plugin our organization. Currently, we are facing an issue with the scroll bar when the user clicks on the next page button, the cursor points to the top of the page as expected but the scroll bar is not on top. Please find the attached file to see the screenshot.

Do we know the issue is already fixed in any of the latest packages? Or do we have any solution in place currently? If yes, please share the details with us.

Thanks,
Deepak

Hello,
If you be able to reproduce the issue in plunker or CodeSandbox, we will take a look. It is impossible to suggest something by a picture from a third-party site.

Thank you,
Andrew

    Hello Andrew,

    Thank you for the response.
I have attached the sample JSON. Can you use this JSON and Test Survey it?
The outer scroll bar doesn't going to top of page. Same kind of issue happening in our survey.

Can you please check and let me know if it helps?

    Thanks,
    Deepak

        Hello,
I have fixed a bug in v1.5.84 and it is probably related to this issue, since I have made changes related to the focus first question on changing a page. Could you please check the same example that I made for v1.5.84?

        Thank you,
        Andrew

          Hi Andrew,

I couldn't reproduce the same issue from the example you sent. It's a similar issue which you mentioned, the cursor is focused on the first question of the next page instead of the scroll bar moving to the top of the page. Can you help me to fix this issue?

          Thanks,
          Deepak

            Hello,
Unfortunately, I do not know where the issue is and since I could not reproduce it, I could not help a lot. You have to look at CSS styles/classes that you use on your page.

            Thank you,
            Andrew
