Survey Progress Bar counts Matrix Dropdown HTML cells and calculates the total number of quesitons incorrectly

[Ticket cloned from T11276: Matrix Dropdown - The HTML column disappears in preview]

Hi Jane,

Thank you for the help, we are actually going to be obtaining support licenses. The question being posed is demonstrated in the following plunker: https://plnkr.co/edit/pN3o89raTGAg533y?preview

If you notice when you first visit the page, the total on the top right is "Answered 0 out of 10 questions" even though there are only 5 questions. The column displaying the "%" text is presumably initially part of the total calculation. Upon entering a value in one of the input boxes the total on the top right correctly reflects "Answered 1 out of 5 questions".

This is currently an issue are experiencing where the % column in certain cases is being considered as part of the question which must be answered. Moose had said that a cell type of html would not be considered something that has to be answered.

Can you possibly take a look and let us know? Much appreciated!

Thank you
