We have already discussed this subject in your other thread: Is there any method to suppress the surveyjs banner in the pdf in surveyjs?. As far as I can see, there is still no license assigned to your account.
Let me reiterate that SurveyJS PDF is a commercial product. Developers may not use it without a commercial developer license. Using SurveyJS commercial products may violate with End-User License Agreement terms.
Please let me know if anything prevents you from purchasing. I'll be happy to discuss any questions or concerns regarding this.
