Right now, accessibility for other controls apart from buttons / text related to file type questions are working fine.
Could you please let me know when this can be supported ?

Hello,
We checked file question with WAVE (web accessibility evaluation tool) and it not found any errors. Could you clarify what tool/use case you are using to evaluate problems with accessibility or describe issue more in detail?
