Custom Widgets: SortableJS, answers are not stored in json

Hi Team,

All of my custom widgets (using SortableJS library) answers are not stored in json.
When I preview the survey, I can see the choices selected, but after submit, could not find json for these type of questions.
Could you please help?

Hello,
It means that you do not have required JavaScript on your page. You have them on your Creator page, but not on SurveyJS Library page.

PS: Please note, SurveyJS Creator widget is under the commercial license, unlike SurveyJS Library.

We are proto type the solution. We are having challenge in implementing the surveyJS in ReactJS. We are solving the issues one by one.

We will buy licenses for all 3 products.

SortableJS issue is solved. it is working fine in ReactJS app.
